It’s easier said than done, that a lineup change would change the Pistons into a winning team.
The Pistons have stuck with their starting lineup of Brandon Jennings, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Josh Smith, Greg Monroe and Andre Drummond, for a good portion of the season.
There is no doubt that things have to change for this Pistons squad. But to think by placing Josh Smith or Kentavious Caldwell-Pope on the bench, would be flat out ludicrous.
Mo Cheeks will obviously go with a lineup change over the course of the next couple of games, if things don’t start to pan out. He actually said he was “close” to a lineup change, according to Vincent Goodwill of the Detroit News.
Cheeks did say though, that he's "close" to considering lineup changes if this current slide continues. #Pistons have lost 6 in a row

The Pistons and Mo Cheeks could very well just ride through the storm with a lineup change, but if that doesn’t work, then something else might happen.
The only other option would be to explore the trade market. If that’s the case, then that’s something to keep close tabs on.
